I was thinking about some good places to eat in SLC if you haven’t found them already. I’m sure if you google them you’ll find them and an address. Cafe Trio (romantic very good fresh Itlalian food), Cafe Rio (try the bbq pork burrito enchilada style, this place is amazing, honestly the burritos are amazing), Hires (great shakes and fries, try the ‘fry sauce’…good place to see the local high school dating scene in it’s strange Mormon-glory), Cucina Deli (in the avenues by the capitol very cool), Porcupine Pub & Grill, oh and Crown Burger downtown. The first two (names related, but in no way related) are the best IMO.

@MegHan (aka “H”): We were the Dream Team for a few months, huh?

@Tom: My wife and I moved to SLC for her job. She finished her 4 year Ob/Gyn residency at Carolina and is now starting a 3 year fellowship in Maternal Fetal Medicine. Eric is a cool dude I will admit. I had the pleasure of working with him at school and playing some guitar hero/watching UHF as well. On another point, why are you moving to SLC? Maybe I am Eric’s only other friend who has lived there. Odd. It’s a great place, I’m jealous.
