On August 2, 2012, I announced Project GET HEALTHY. Eleven days later, it was officially began.
While all of the past 28-straight day challenges (100 pushups & 250 crunches, eliminating harmful food additives, and a good deed a day) were a success, this one absolutely took off.
We created a closed Facebook Group and brought in an expert – registered dietician Paula Ryan, who published a daily blog on Healthiest Regards.
We had over 300 folks participate in this challenge. 300!
While certainly not everyone was 100% all in every single day for 28-straight days (points finger at self), we did what we set out to accomplish: Project GET HEALTHY created habits that will last far beyond this challenge – they’ll last a lifetime.
I asked participants to fill out a short survey sharing some of their thoughts. Below is a recap of what they said.
